The Company replaced all of the windows in our house and added large sliding doors on a wall that was previously windows. Their prices were a bit lower than other companies that we contacted. The service and quality of work was terrific. The staff took care to guide us in selection, without pressure. Each person was nice. They arrived on time for each meeting. There were no surprises or any charges beyond the original contract price. Other workers were at the property on the day of installation, and they commented how impressed they were with the skill of the window and door installers. At the time of final inspection, the city inspector marveled at the preparedness of the Company representative, particularly the package of photographs that was available to document all of the work, The inspection was completed and approved quickly relying primarily on the photos and documentation. The crew who installed was courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the entire job in one day, when other shops had estimated two days. I am very impressed.
