We cannot find adequate words to describe the outstanding services we received by this company. Everything was handled very professional and efficient from start to finish! The price was very good too. Most importantly we were very impressed with Julio and Andy for being able to make almost the impossible possible. Our windows were sealed and all balances and screens had to be replaced. Because of the condition of our windows opening it and replacing the balances was an extremely difficult job. Their suggestions allowed me to get the product I wanted at a great price. The staff was on top of each step of the project always reaching out to me. America's Window & Door Store just completed the project this week and we could not be any happier with the results. The entire office staff from Elle, Tanya and Yomeis walked us through the installation step by step. They made sure to to fill us in on any changes along the way and provided us with suggestions as well. When it came to the actual install, the 5-6 person team that handled the installation were amazing. They completed the work professionally and within a day, we had our new windows.
