Elle was very helpful and kept me informed! My frustration was with one door that wouldn’t lock consistently but the factory reps did come out and after several attempts they fixed the problem! This great local business in Hollywood has been very helpful and professional and I higly raccomand it. Elle my sales rep, was wonderful and patience with me and guide me through the process. No pushy sales people very respectful. I got exactly the frosty privacy glass door that I was looking for. My old door and the casing around as well needs to be removed and the new door needs to be leveled and fit, which is a big job and takes 2 professional to do and the guys that came to install my door did a very good job and also helped me drilling a small hole to reposition the door alarm sensor. I did not understood the installation fee at first but it is fair and square. I shopped around and their prices are very reasonable. I also had a chance to talk to the management's/ owners and they are very pleasant. Support good local businesses that helps our neighborhood community. I hope it helps.

They had in stock balances that fit 35 year old windows. Amazing!

America's Window & Door Store installed our new front entry door, replacing our standard double doors, and I can't adequately describe the difference it has made to our home. First, the new door is hurricane-rated, which significantly reduced our homeowner's insurance premium. The frosted glass sidelights not only enhance the beauty and curb appeal of our entrance but are also hurricane-rated, providing both elegance and peace of mind. We selected the optional pull bars, which perfectly complement the door's modern design and were well worth the minimal additional cost. We also added an electronic lock that further enhances the door's already excellent security features. From the initial measurements and design recommendations to the final installation, every step of the process was pleasant, timely, well-organized, and professionally coordinated. The installation was flawless, and the warranty is among the best in the industry. I should also mention that my son highly recommended America's Window & Door Store, and he was absolutely right. We chose a door very similar to the one he purchased from the company, and it continually receives compliments and admiration from our neighbors. A special thank you to Elle and Michelle for their professionalism, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail. They made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Great service and communication. From the time of ordering to the day of installation was all as disclosed dealing with America’s Windows & Doors. The day of installation, the crew was onsite earlier than the scheduled time which was a plus and the installers were so efficient from beginning to end. Cleanliness and quality work was impeccable! I truly enjoyed working with America's Window and Door store. The main installer, Jorge, was efficient, trustworthy, and explained everything clearly. He noticed, and fixed an issue i had with my door installation, that I hadn't even noticed! The office is run efficiently, and the staff are very welcoming. From the first time I entered to meet Elle, who went over everything clearly, to Yomi, who once the work was about to begin, kept me informed of everything, I could see that this was a well run business. I actually used them first to install impact windows, then the following year to my impact doors. This is a top-rate business where they work as a team, making the process smooth. The front office staff were all on top of the job and communicated well throughout the entire process. The quality of work is amazing. Elle is the best, and super knowledgeable and transparent. She is trustworthy and is able to help you get what you need. I have had my windows done with this company and will be getting new front doors as well. They have the best team that make you feel comfortable with such important purchases.

The install crew, led by Julio, was on time and worked cleanly. Julio even took the time to show me how to operate the new impact sliders and explained the maintenance tips so I’d get the longest life out of them.
